Flowering GroundcoverIf I can get enough of it to grow, (I need to put in more plants) then my yard might really start shaping up. I love these plants. New BulbsLast fall I put in a new assortment of tulips and a few allium. There were some new jonquils too, and a few other small-bulb flowers. Gardening is an act of hope. Having planted bulbs in the fall, particularly when we have such a very hard winter, illustrates that idea so well. I didn't know what types of tulips were preparing themselves underground all winter. But they were there, ready to celebrate the sunlight and warmer weather.
