Graphic Design
I began teaching Graphic Design at Monmouth College in 2008.
Although my energies are usually focused on teaching and my own artmaking (where the influence of graphic design can be seen - particularly in the use and abstraction of letterforms, typography, and calligraphy), I have had some opportunities to do true graphic design work. Mostly this work has been in advertising events at Monmouth College - especially through my current role as Gallery Director, but I have also created designs for the Buchanan Center for the Arts and for my fellow graduates at Goddard College.
